
Dr. Zhou Meixiang
Dr. Zhou Meixiang - currently serving as a part-time senior social risk management expert and project manager in the World Bank's China Mongolia Bureau; Specially appointed expert in environmental and social risk management at the Green Development Research Institute, and part-time expert in social risk management at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. With nearly 20 years of practical experience in social risk management for international multilateral banks and Chinese investment projects, we have implemented social risk management for more than 80 World Bank investment projects, involving investments of over 70 billion yuan in more than ten industry sectors. Dr. Zhou obtained a master's degree in management information systems and a doctorate in public administration from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Zhou has led the implementation of dozens of projects for the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank, and is well versed in project management cycles and process steps, as well as social risk management in large-scale projects. The investment business, management tools, concepts, and processes of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank involve over a dozen countries in China and Southeast Asia.

Dr. Shi Han
Dr. Shi Han currently serves as a senior researcher at the Center for Contemporary China and World Studies at the University of Hong Kong, founding director of the ESG Center at the University of Hong Kong's China Business School, and visiting scholar at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology's Business School. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the School of Sustainable Development at Arizona State University in the United States and an international consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on international industrial chains and circular economy.
Dr. Shi Han serves as the Chief Scientist of the National Economic and Technological Development Zone Green Development Alliance of the Ministry of Commerce, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the China Green Supply Chain Alliance, a special invited researcher of the 60 Person Forum on Green Finance, and a member of the Expert Committee for the Annual Selection of the Hong Kong ESG List. Dr. Shi Han obtained a master's and doctoral degree in industrial ecology from Yale University in the United States, and a dual bachelor's and master's degree in environmental systems engineering and computer applications from Tsinghua University. Since the Earth Summit in 1992, he has accumulated 30 years of experience in sustainable development planning and implementation. He has visited and consulted over 1000 industrial enterprises, covering areas such as clean production, environmental management, circular economy, green supply chain management, ESG integration and information disclosure, and the net zero transformation roadmap. Since 1994, Dr. Shi Han has provided consulting services to international organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations Environment Programme, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the European Union, the Global Environment Facility, and the Australian Aid Agency.

Professor Lu Yonghong
Professor Yonghong Lu is currently a Professor in the Faculty of Government Management and Policy Science at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and serves as the Director of the Centre for Business Sustainability at the Business School. He possesses profound academic expertise and extensive practical experience.
With a diverse academic background, Professor Lu earned his Ph.D. in Politics from Flinders University in South Australia and completed his doctoral studies in law at the Renmin University of China Law School. His research focuses on government and law, environmental protection, public management, as well as corporate environmental management and social responsibility in China and Hong Kong. He has published a substantial body of academic work, providing theoretical support for the industry. On the practical side, he has provided management consulting and training for enterprises. In 2010, he served as an advisor to HSBC, reviewing its sustainable development strategy. More recently, he developed and released the Hong Kong SME and Corporate Sustainability Index to promote the implementation of corporate ESG management. Additionally, Professor Lu has conducted visiting research at prestigious overseas institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Southern California, further strengthening international academic collaboration.
